Description=CCBill is an internet billing company which manages access/security for pay sites. It supplies an admin cgi named by default ccbill-local.cgi (or .pl for NT). Well, i cant believe this cgi is sooo buggy :)This program will help you to exploit this cgi if a)it is WWW available and b)it's working properly on the site(aka properly configured and linked to pass files, not just a dead piece of text online). So you have to find a working cgi first!(you may want to make a Kshe script to locate the cgi).
